Newsletter

If you sign up, we keep your email address, and your name if you give it, to send you news about Predikt, and nothing else. Legal basis: your consent.

Sign-ups go through our automation tool, whose technical history keeps the email, name and IP address for 14 days before deleting them.

You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@predikt.live. Your address is then deleted.

Emails you send us

If you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to reply and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Server logs

Like any website, our server records technical information on each visit: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. It is used for security and to keep the site running, and is deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Umami (umami.is), a cookieless tool: it stores nothing on your device and does not track you from one site to another. It produces aggregated statistics: page views, referring site, country, device and browser type, clicks on the demo request buttons and newsletter sign-ups. Your IP address is not kept. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

What we don’t do

No cookies, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. Fonts are hosted on our own server. We never sell or rent your data.

Who has access

Our team, and the technical providers who process data on our behalf: the site host (DigitalOcean, server in Amsterdam), our automation tool n8n (DigitalOcean, server in Frankfurt), through which sign-ups pass, our CRM Folk (folk.app), where newsletter addresses are kept, and our audience measurement tool Umami (umami.is).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, get a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at hello@predikt.live: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
